Mr. Kumar holds an LLM degree and completed his Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Khairpur. With extensive experience as an advocate in both District Courts and the High Court, he has a broad expertise in handling civil, criminal, and family law cases. In 2016, he joined the judicial service and made a significant contribution by presiding over the first-ever established Consumer Court in District South, Sindh. He also served as the Special Judge designated under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), overseeing a variety of cases related to cybercrime, anti-money laundering, and other specialized laws. Currently, he is posted at the High Court of Sindh in Karachi, where he supervises the e-Notice Project and its related issues, in addition to his role as a Research Officer at the Legal Research Cell.
